Are you licensed and insured?
Yes! We are both licensed and insured and we can provide all information if it is required.
What method of payment do you accept?
Checks, Money Orders, Online Banking and Cash.
What if the cleaning team is not able to access my home, because I forgot to leave the key?
Unfortunately, in this situation our company will already have allocated that time slot to you and will have traveled to your home. You will be charged 50% of the cleaning total.
Do I need to be home when the cleaning team arrive?
You are welcome to be home but we understand that you are not always able to be home. In case you are not home please communicate with us to ensure we will be able to access your home.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes, we will provide all the cleaning supplies and equipment. Please know we will be more than happy to still provide services if you’re interested in us using your personal cleaning equipment or any special cleaning supply, just let us know.
How long does it take for them to clean my house?
The estimation depends on the size of your home. We can give you an idea of how long it will take, but cannot guarantee it won’t take longer since we don’t leave until we are done, even if it takes us a lot longer than what we anticipated. We will inform you if the job takes longer than expected.
